- El Campo and all of South Texas — Wharton, Bay City, Edna, Ganado, Louise, East Bernard, Palacios, Victoria, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Mileage is free for customers inside El Campo. Everywhere else it is billed at a flat $1.80 per mile — and we still travel across South Texas for the right job.
